I offer classes for a wide range of fitness levels, from dynamic Yoga and Pilates to remedial chair classes.
For some, fitness is the strength to carry their shopping and pick up their grandchild, enough aerobic ability to run for a bus and enough mobility to get up and down from the floor. For others, it is lifting a 50 kg barbell, win the London marathon and be so flexible that they can do the splits.
I offer the following classes for anyone who wants to get fitter – although I won’t ask you to stem 50kg barbells (a tin of beans will do….)
