Are you looking to improve your fitness as well as your health? Do you want to become stronger, leaner, more toned and flexible? Do you want to have more vitality and energy?
For some, fitness is the strength to carry their shopping and pick up their grandchild, enough aerobic ability to run for a bus and enough mobility to get up and down from the floor. For others, fitness is lifting a 50 kg barbell, win the London marathon and be so flexible that they can do the splits. And then there is a group between these two extremes.
I offer classes for a wide range of general fitness levels – although for the 50kg barbell lifting I am probably not your right trainer. My classes include dynamic Fit Yoga Flow, Functional Circuit, Pilates Mat and remedial chair classes.
